Jordan Schafer signs a ball for a lucky fan.
Jair Jurrjens waits his turn for the batting cage.
Melky Cabrera shreds the turf as he races for first to start the Braves half of the first inning.
Troy Glaus can't hold back his swing but check out the catcher's eyes. I hope that's no indication of how he's going to get through this long season.
Houston pitching surrendered 10 runs, mostly at the hands of Troy Glaus and Brian McCann.
Jason Heyward is a great addition to the team. He shows great plate discipline and is eager to bring his talents to the team.
Ok so this picture reminds of the movie Twins with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito. There are some interesting comparisons...Hubbard / Heyward, 17 / 71, short / tall, Hubbard's last game was in 1989, Heyward was born in 1989...

Troy Glaus rounds first in the first inning. Troy had a very productive day, three-hits, two double and a single.
Brian McCann had another great outing and if I counted right, finished Spring Training batting a cool .500! Try and keep up Joe Mauer!
Omar Infante collects his thoughts as he walks to first base.
Eric "Hitman" Hinske brings some great experience to the Braves.

Yunel Escobar races to first. Yunel batted for average quietly this Spring. I think he's going to have a breakout year and set a personal best for batting average.
Shelton comes up empty.

Freddie Freeman came in for Troy Glaus and had a little trouble getting this one out of his glove.

Jason gets to second base on this throwing error.
The Braves won their final home game in Spring Training 2010, 10-5. Bobby Cox was recognized for his retirement when he personally brought out the line-up card to the umpires. Bobby Cox was the hardest Atlanta Brave to get an autograph from in the several years that I've attended Spring Training.
